Custom golf towels ordered in bulk for a tournament, racked and ready to distribute

Most suppliers of bulk golf towels are promotional-products companies, and they are built around case quantities. Ask for twelve towels and you will often be told the minimum is seventy-two. Ask for one, and you will be told to look elsewhere.

We work the other way round, and it is the single most useful thing about ordering here: there is no minimum order quantity. Not a low one — none. You can design a towel and buy exactly one of it at the standard price. Then, if it is right, you can order two hundred of the identical design.

That matters more than it sounds. Anyone who has organized a charity scramble knows the risk of committing to a case of towels based on a PDF proof. Being able to hold the actual towel, in the actual thread color, before you commit the budget removes the entire gamble.

Genuinely no minimum

One towel is a real order at the standard price. No case packs, no minimum spend, no "call for pricing" gate.

Sample first, then scale

Order a single towel, hold it, approve it, then place the full run of the identical design. The design is saved to your account.

Setup charged once

The $50 embroidery digitizing fee is per design, not per towel. On a 200-towel order it works out at 25 cents each.

Both decoration methods

Embroidery for crests and sponsor names; full-color print for photographic or complex artwork. Same order, your choice.

Built for events

Tournaments, corporate outings, charity scrambles, member gifts, pro-shop stock and player-gift bags.

Talk to a human

For large runs, tight deadlines or anything unusual, email or call and you will get a person who knows the product.

Why "no minimum" is the whole point

The promotional-products model exists because screen printing and embroidery both carry a real setup cost, and spreading it over seventy-two units is how that gets absorbed. It is a rational model — it is just a bad fit for most golf events.

A club championship might have twenty-four players. A groomsmen gift is six towels. A company might want fifteen for a client outing. Under a case-minimum model, all three either overpay for towels they do not need or give up on the idea.

Because our designer is a retail tool rather than a quoting system, the marginal order is one. The only setup cost in the whole model is the $50 embroidery digitizing fee for a custom uploaded logo, and it is charged once per design regardless of quantity — so it is the one number that genuinely gets cheaper per unit as your order grows.

What volume orders actually cost

Per-towel pricing is the standard published pricing, and it is visible in the designer before you order anything:

  • Embroidered: $19.99 for the Mini Tour Towel, $24.99 for the Tour Towel, plus $5 per text line and $5 per logo placement.
  • Printed: $24.99 for the Mini Tour Towel, $29.99 for the Tour Towel, with no per-color charges however complex the artwork.
  • Blank towels, with no decoration at all, are $14.99 for the Mini and $19.99 for the Tour — useful for pro-shop stock or when you want to add your own branding later. Order blank towels here.

The one-time $50 digitizing fee for a custom embroidered logo is charged per design, not per towel. Across a 200-towel tournament order that is 25 cents a unit; on a single towel it is the largest line on the invoice. It is the reason a one-off custom-logo towel is relatively expensive and a bulk one is not.

For large runs, ask. If you are ordering in serious volume, or you need a deadline met, get in touch with the quantity, the decoration method and the date — we will come back with pricing and a realistic production schedule rather than making you guess from a table.

Tournaments, outings and corporate gifts

Golf towels are a staple of event gifting for a reason that has nothing to do with cost. Unlike a branded hat that does not fit or a sleeve of balls that gets used up in a round, a towel goes onto the bag and stays there. Your logo gets carried around a golf course, at eye level, by someone who chose to keep it, for years.

A few things worth planning around:

  • Lead time. Embroidery takes 5–7 business days to produce and printing 7–10, plus shipping. Order a sample early so the approval round does not eat your buffer.
  • Decoration method. Sponsor logos and club crests almost always embroider well. A photographic design or a multi-sponsor board is a print job.
  • Size. The Tour Towel at 22" × 40" reads as the more substantial gift; the Mini at 16" × 24" costs less and ships lighter for large runs.
  • Sample first. The single most useful thing no-minimum ordering gives you. Approve a physical towel, then order the field.

How a group order works, step by step

There is no separate bulk process to learn — it is the same designer, used once.

  1. Design the towel in the browser and check the live preview. Create an account so the design saves.
  2. Order one. At standard price, with no minimum, as a physical proof.
  3. Approve it in hand. Check the thread color against your brand, check the scale, check it reads from across a fairway.
  4. Reorder the same design at whatever quantity you need. The saved design reproduces exactly, and the digitizing fee does not apply a second time to a logo already digitized.

For anything with a hard deadline or an unusual requirement, skip ahead and contact us first — it is faster than working it out from a web page.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum order for custom golf towels?

No. There is genuinely no minimum order quantity — you can design and buy a single custom golf towel at the standard published price. There is no case pack, no minimum spend and no quote gate. This is the main difference between us and promotional-products suppliers, who typically require 24, 48 or 72 units.

Do you offer bulk pricing on large orders?

Published per-towel pricing applies at every quantity, and the one-time $50 embroidery digitizing fee is charged per design rather than per towel, so it becomes negligible at volume. For large runs or fixed event deadlines, contact us with the quantity, decoration method and date and we will quote directly along with a production schedule.

Can I order one towel first to check the quality?

Yes, and we recommend it for any group order. Design the towel, order a single unit at standard price, approve the physical towel in hand, then reorder the identical saved design at whatever quantity you need. A logo that has already been digitized is not charged the setup fee a second time.

How long do bulk golf towel orders take?

Custom embroidery takes 5–7 business days to produce and custom printing 7–10 business days, plus shipping. For a tournament or event, order your sample early so the approval round fits comfortably inside your deadline, and contact us directly if the date is tight.

What is the best decoration method for tournament towels?

Embroidery suits club crests, sponsor names and logos with clean solid shapes, and it reads as the more premium finish. Full-color printing is the right choice for photographic artwork, gradients, multi-sponsor layouts or anything needing more than about four colors. Both are available at similar per-towel prices.

Can I order blank golf towels without any design?

Yes. Blank towels with no decoration are $14.99 for the Mini Tour Towel and $19.99 for the Tour Towel, in the same premium microfiber waffle-weave with grommet and clip fitted. They are a common choice for pro-shop stock or when branding is being added elsewhere.

Order one. Then order the whole field.

No minimum means you can prove the towel before you commit the budget. Design it now, sample it this week, and place the full run with confidence.
