Custom Designs

Design Approval

For custom designs, you are responsible for reviewing and approving your design before production begins. Once approved and production starts, designs cannot be changed or refunded.

Intellectual Property

You represent that you own or have permission to use any logos, images, or designs you submit. We are not liable for copyright infringement of submitted designs.

Design Files

We reserve the right to refuse designs that contain offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material without proper authorization.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before production begins. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed on our checkout page.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify's payment system. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing claims for lost or damaged shipments.

Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is detailed on our Returns & Exchanges page. In summary:

• 30-day returns on unused, unwashed standard products
• Custom/personalized items are non-returnable except for defects
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returns
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
