We accept PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and AI files. For best results, use high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI). SVG and vector files work best for embroidery.

No! You can order as few as one custom towel — there is no minimum order quantity. Ordering for a tournament, outing or group? Contact us with the quantity and date for a direct volume quote.

Standard products ship within 1-2 business days and arrive in 5-7 days. Custom embroidery takes 5-7 business days to produce, custom printing takes 7-10 business days, plus shipping time.

Yes! We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Customs duties may apply depending on your country.

Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package in real-time.

We're fully insured! Contact us immediately if your package is lost or arrives damaged, and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Embroidered towels start at $19.99 (Mini) or $24.99 (Tour), plus $5 per text line and $5 per logo or clip-art design. A one-time $50 setup fee applies only if you upload your own custom logo. Full-color printed towels are $24.99 (Mini) or $29.99 (Tour), with +$10 for double-sided and +$10 for a custom base color. Your exact total updates live in the customizer as you design.

Published per-towel pricing applies at every quantity, and the one-time $50 embroidery digitizing fee is charged once per design rather than per towel — so it becomes negligible on a large run. For significant volume or a fixed event deadline, contact us with the quantity, decoration method and date and we will quote directly.

Our towels are made from premium microfiber waffle-weave fabric. Tour towels are 100% polyester for maximum durability and absorbency. They're lightweight, quick-drying, and lint-free.

We offer two sizes: Tour Towel (22" x 40") and Mini Tour Towel (16" x 24"). Both come with a metal grommet and clip for easy attachment to your bag.

For embroidery: Grey, Red, Blue, Kelly Green, Olive Green, Pink, Tan, and Purple. For printing: White base for full-color designs. Custom color requests available for bulk orders.

Yes! Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, tumble dry low. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. See our Care Instructions page for detailed guidelines.

30-day returns on unused, unwashed pre-designed towels in original packaging. Custom/personalized items are non-returnable except for production defects. See our Returns page for full details.

We'll replace any defective items free of charge, even after the 30-day window. Simply email us photos of the defect and we'll ship a replacement immediately.

You can cancel standard orders within 24 hours for a full refund. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins (typically 24 hours after order placement).
