No! You can order as few as one custom towel. We offer bulk discounts for orders of 10 or more towels.

Standard products ship within 1-2 business days and arrive in 5-7 days. Custom embroidery takes 5-7 business days to produce, custom printing takes 7-10 business days, plus shipping time.

Yes! We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. International shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Customs duties may apply depending on your country.

Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package in real-time.

Our towels are made from premium microfiber waffle-weave fabric. Tour towels are 100% polyester for maximum durability and absorbency. They're lightweight, quick-drying, and lint-free.

We offer two sizes: Tour Towel (22" x 40") and Mini Tour Towel (16" x 24"). Both come with a metal grommet and clip for easy attachment to your bag.

For embroidery: Grey, Red, Blue, Kelly Green, Olive Green, Pink, Tan, and Purple. For printing: White base for full-color designs. Custom color requests available for bulk orders.

Yes! Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, tumble dry low. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. See our Care Instructions page for detailed guidelines.

30-day returns on unused, unwashed pre-designed towels in original packaging. Custom/personalized items are non-returnable except for production defects. See our Returns page for full details.

We'll replace any defective items free of charge, even after the 30-day window. Simply email us photos of the defect and we'll ship a replacement immediately.

You can cancel standard orders within 24 hours for a full refund. Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins (typically 24 hours after order placement).
